Cruise_control + Kristen

Today was a good day, actually a great day. First and foremost Kristen came to visit, which is a big commitement for 6 hours total - 4 Sat, 2 Sunday. 4 hours each way, hotel, driving solo - really means so much she came. It was magical to see her, hold her and kiss her. Unfortunately this place does not allow for ANY privacy, I was told no ‘Conjugal Visits’ haha - Still we went out to lunch with my shadow and driver - given the protocols. Quite humbling and embarrassing, lucking for me it is NOT the first time I have experiened this. The removal of the most basic freedoms. This is treatement center 5 (kaiser outpatient, st joes, morningside, sharpe mesa vista, sharpe 5150, LA 5150) - not proud to say, but pretty used to it at this point.

My approach is different, its done in the lens of vast experience, longevity, steadiness - refine the tools, balance meds, give me a voice with my family. That is what I want - feels like 5 steps forward 2 steps back, but progress is being made.
