what a change…

Welp, its incredible how fast things can change. The last post was written in pain and 430a - what was stated is true. However, its amazing how a few coping mechanisms and connecting, seeing your beautiful face. After twisting their arm off -they took me to the gym and what a difference. Back hurts much less, anxiety, mania reduced - felt like a million bucks.

Then - spoke to my WIFE, saw via Facetime - immediately started crying - just being able to finally connect to her. We did not go deep into the situation - I know she loves me and it wasnt done in hate. It hurt worse than anything ever and I was originally angry…. but no more…

All I wanted was her and contact to her.

Seems like everything turned around - GYM session resulted in less pain, anxiety and mania - like I told them.

Between that and Kristen contact - very good day. She told me she cant see her life without me and it melted me and gave me all the motivation I need to deal with some of this dumb shit lol.
