poetic & divine Timing…as I complete my 15 YEAR ‘memoir of a maniac’

As you can see from the writings - I rebuilt myself 9 years ago and followed military like routine. However, I was unaware of the possibility to develop Lithium (mood stabilizer) tolerance that therefore caused a slow uptick in my mania …. hence I am a MANIAC.

I have been writing my memoir for 15 years with two prime intents: share my story to HELP others by showcasing my psychiatric and spiritual journey and the tools I was gifted along the way.

This all started 15 years ago with my first treatment center in remote Pennsylvania detoxing from Fentanyl, Xanax (Suboxone).

Poetically, I am completing while in my 5th treatement center after 9 years of complete stability.

The tools work, this stint is a result of biological changes and my body’s cessation of medication absorption.

I learned God given fortitude but there was one more trap door at the bottom of the pit.

God willing, this will wrap the conclusion of these humbling moments
