I was incredible close with my grandfather.. he died 9 years ago and I feel like I have been given a chance to speak for him and an ilness I am convinced we shared, speak to his wife of 60 years and help rationalized, explain circumstance, explanations and reall smyptohize with him as someone I am convinced was alson biPolar 1 yet undiagnosed, therefore untreated due to stigman, generaltional bias toward mental health treatment.

I can honor his memory by maybe shedding light for my grandmother… That is a bidirectional blessing…
